Hello... And Happy New Year!!
Well, don't know about you, but my year is off to a running start -- I just shot a week of Giada At Home episodes, on Sunday I'm cooking for the glamorous InStyle Golden Globe Viewing Party and After Party... and then Monday (phew!) I am heading to NYC to tape the next season of Food Network Star!!!
The thing I'm most excited about in 2012 is my new cookbook, Weeknights With Giada, coming out March 27th!! I am sooo psyched. Not only is this book going to help people make great weeknight meals (in under an hour!) but I'm also going to get to see everybody! This spring I'm hitting the road with book tours galore! I will be traveling all over the country reconnecting with old friends, family and fans...and connecting with new fans! It will be a family affair, too, I'm taking Jade and Todd on the road with me for part of the tour.
Many of you have asked when I will be in your city... so I will put my book tour dates and locations on my calendar for you later this month in the "Events & Appearances" section of my website. I'll be sure to tweet the latest from city to city, too, so be sure you're tweeting me about your favorite places to eat in your hometown... you just might find me there!
Oh! I also wanted to tell you about my new App! I made an iPhone/iPad App just for my new cookbook! It's FREE and will give you a sneak peek into the book before you actually buy it...little videos, a taste of some of the yummy, time-saving recipes, and even a pronunciation guide! The App will be available one month before the book hits stores, and I will definitely update on my website, Twitter and Facebook when it's here...so stay tuned, you can get your hands on the free Weeknights With Giada App at the end of February!!
