Banana, Walnut, and Date Smoothie

ingredients

Serves 2; makes 2 cups
 
1 ½ cups iceice1 ½
½ cup coconut watercoconut water½
½ cup unsweetened almond milkalmond milk½
½ medium banana, peeledbananas½
3 tablespoons walnut pieceswalnuts3
2 dried dates, coarsely choppeddates2

instructions

 
Combine all of the ingredients in the blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
